Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by TCC Applications Inc., doing business as The Click Collective ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Scope: the site, not the apps

These terms cover this website only. Installing or using any of our Shopify apps (including Switchboard and Save That Cart) is governed by that app's own terms of service, presented at install and available from its Shopify App Store listing, together with Shopify's own terms.

Informational content

The content on this site describes our products as accurately as we can, and we work hard not to overstate it. Even so, it is informational, not a guarantee. In particular, revenue models, calculators, and economic examples on this site are illustrative models built on industry benchmarks: your store's results will differ, and no figure on this site is a promise of business outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure without authorization, no interfering with its operation, and no scraping at a scale that degrades the service.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, and branding belong to TCC Applications Inc. or its licensors. Our product names and wordmarks (The Click Collective, Switchboard, Save That Cart, Inventory Holdout) may not be used without our prior written consent. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party destinations (including the Shopify App Store and demonstration stores). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and our total aggregate liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so portions may not apply to you.

Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our privacy policy, incorporated by reference.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes belong to the courts of that province unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
