These terms cover this website only. Installing or using any of our Shopify apps (including Switchboard and Save That Cart) is governed by that app's own terms of service, presented at install and available from its Shopify App Store listing, together with Shopify's own terms.
The content on this site describes our products as accurately as we can, and we work hard not to overstate it. Even so, it is informational, not a guarantee. In particular, revenue models, calculators, and economic examples on this site are illustrative models built on industry benchmarks: your store's results will differ, and no figure on this site is a promise of business outcome.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and our total aggregate liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
